There are so many ways you can help our mission. Like many cultural organisations that serve historically marginalized communities, we do not have deep cash reserves from which to draw. We do have some grants occasionally available but those are very rare. Our biggest source of support has always been you, our community.

If you want to donate in a different way

Join us as a provider for physical spaces, aka artist retreats. An artist retreat can be any location you have, where you can provide undisturbed free time for an artist of your choice. Maybe it is your home which stands alone while you are away on your holiday, thus the stay can be rewarding not just for the artist, but for you, providing someone will be there to care for your home, garden or other belongings. But an artist retreat can be a weekend house in the countryside which stands unoccupied during the colder months. All these can provide the ideal settings for an artist to create a pice of art. A book, a painting, a sculpture, music or any sorts of art really.

The process are smooth and easy. You write to us about your available donated space, the time of availability, some photos of the location and we match you with an artist who would be happy to occupy and thank you for the generosity. While the space you provide for the time allocated is free, the artist has to still pay for the travel to get there and also responsible for his or her own meals and welfare. Donated spaces can be anywhere in the world, making it exciting for all parties involved. And who knows, maybe the next great piece of art will be created in your home……….
